HMS ''H28'' was a British H class submarine built by Vickers Limited, Barrow-in-Furness, as part of the Batch 3 H class submarines. She was laid down on 18 March 1917 and was commissioned on 29 June 1918. HMS ''H28'' collided with a steamer in the Bruges Canal in May 1929.
